Chris Speciale, Retail Strategic Advisor, brings more than 28 years of experience in the development and retail leasing industry.

Beginning his career at Steiner + Associates where he worked with Yaromir Steiner on the ground-up leasing of Easton Town Center, a premier retail destination in the US. After successfully working on several other developments, Chris moved to Scottsdale, AZ and served as Vice President of Leasing for RED Development, working on 20 transformational ground up projects spanning nine states.

He later joined CenterCal Properties in El Segundo, CA and assisted in the ground up creation and leasing of Station Park in Salt Lake City, UT, and The Village at Meridian in Boise, in addition to the maintenance leasing of Bridgeport Village, Portland and other retail destinations.

After years of successfully developing and leasing retail locations, Chris began consulting for landlords across the country on a spectrum of project types – redeveloping, ground-up leasing, and expanding into new areas. Throughout his career Chris has made an impact on more than 40 specialty centers and over 20M SF of retail space across the country.

Chris graduated from THE Ohio State University with a bachelor’s degree in retail and fashion merchandising.
