Kiley joined Open Realty Advisors in 2022 and primarily works as a consultant for Shake Shack where she is responsible for their market strategy, site selection, and deal negotiations as part of their national rollout. Previously, Kiley worked at CBRE on a national retail advisory team where she played a key role in advising clients such as Williams-Sonoma, West Elm, Pottery Barn, Sephora, Eataly, Blue Bottle Coffee, CAMP, Ford Fry, Core Power Yoga, and SkinSpirit on their multi-market expansion strategies.
