Matt joined Open Realty Advisors in in its Landlord Advisory business. Matt currently focuses his practice on Open Realty's projects in Dallas at Knox/Henderson, Plano at Legacy West & Shops of Legacy North, San Antonio at Broadway East and Austin on South Congress at Music Lane.

Previous projects include River Oaks District in Houston, Shops at Buckhead in Atlanta, Canal Shops in New Orleans, Hill Country Galleria in Austin, Grand Boulevard in Sandestin and Market Street in The Woodlands. Before working at Open Realty, Matt was with Mohr Partners, a tenant-based corporate real estate services firm, and was involved in every aspect of procurement and management, site review and selection, and strategy and lease negotiation for multi-market corporate clients. Prior to that, Matt was Vice President and Partner of RMG3, a sports marketing firm. His clients included M&M Mars, Alltel Communications, Speedway Motorsports and the Arena Football League.

Matt received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Oklahoma.
