Randy joined Open Realty Advisors in 1998 and has had a key role in the growth of Apple, Madewell, J.Crew, lululemon, Restoration Hardware and House of Blues. Additionally, Randy leads client rollout in the factory outlet segment of the retail industry. Previously, Randy served as Zone Director of Store Development for Starbucks Coffee Company where he led a multi-regional store rollout strategy. Prior roles include Vice President of Real Estate and Construction for Mrs. Field's Cookies and Vice President of Real Estate and Construction for Units stores.

Randy received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Abilene Christian University.
