There's now barbecue underway at Plano food hall Legacy Hall with the April 23 opening of Carlton Provisions, the barbecue stall from Chili's founder Larry Lavine and Jordan Swim of Vestals Catering.

Carlton Provisions will serve oak-fired brisket, five-hour ribs, and house-made sausage. It is the only food stall that will be operating in the Box Garden, the outdoor patio and entertainment venue, alongside five bars. Read more.
