Innovation Station
Innovation Station is a multi-phase, 103-acre, transit-oriented, mixed-use development that straddles Loudoun County and Fairfax County. The masterplan envisions a nine million square foot, walkable urban center that is directly connected to the Innovation Center Metro station.
Phase One
The first phase of Innovation Station – Rivana in Loudoun County– will commence construction in 2022. Open Realty Partners is a co-owner of Novais Partners - which is the master developer of Innovation Station. Novais formed a joint venture with The Hanover Company to co-develop Rivana at Innovation Station.
