Plano’s bustling Legacy West has an impressive roster of nationally known names, from Kate Hudson’s Fabletics to Sugarfina and J. Crew. This fall, local small business favorite Read Between the Lines is entering the mix. Owner Melinda Jones, who debuted the flagship store for her playful stationery and prints in Victory Park in spring of 2015, had been on the hunt for more than a year for the perfect second location.
