The Domain Northside has a sweet new addition. Popular cupcake bakery Sprinkles will open its first Austin location at the new development this fall. 

Perhaps the most exciting tidbit from the announcement is that the Austin location will house one of Sprinkles' innovative Cupcake ATMs. The specially designed machine dispenses fresh-baked cupcakes 24 hours a day; it's restocked constantly to ensure freshness.

“We are thrilled to make our Austin debut in The Domain Northside with homemade cupcakes, cookies, and ice cream,” said Candace Nelson, founder of Sprinkles and judge on Food Network’s Cupcake Wars, in a release. “I am also excited to announce our location will feature a Cupcake ATM to satisfy late-night sugar cravings 24/7!”

This marks the third Sprinkles in Texas — Dallas and Houston have had their fill for quite a while. Sprinkles serves more than 50 flavors of cupcakes, including its signature red velvet. The Austin store will also serve handcrafted ice cream and freshly baked cookies.

In addition to popping into the store, which should open in November, Sprinkles will offer online ordering for same-day pickup and delivery.
