Next month, Bulla Gastrobar will bring tapas to Plano’s bustling Legacy West development.

The Spanish-themed restaurant from Florida will open its first Texas location at 6007 Legacy Drive next month. Bulla Gastrobar currently operates five locations in Florida and Georgia, and a sixth is in the works for Charlotte, North Carolina. The restaurant takes its name for a Spanish slang word for “chatter,” or “noise,” and offers up a vibe that’s inspired by the tapas bars of Barcelona.
